Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft proposals, presentations, and client communications in Arabic and English.
  • Develop content for training, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Support BD Manager in preparing for meetings, events, and
    conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in VAT compliance, including preparation of VAT returns.
  • Undertake research on indirect tax regulations and recent amendments, with a focus on KSA operations.
  • Liaise with clients and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Prepare draft advisory notes and support the team in providing VAT-related advice.
  • Help ensure all filings and documentation meet regulatory requirements in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • 0 – 2 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law.
  • Strong Accounting Background and proper understanding of financial statements.

Translator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate a wide range of documents (business, tax, legal, and technical) between Arabic and English.
  • Ensure translations maintain meaning, tone, and context.
  • Proofread, edit, and review translations for accuracy and cultural
    relevance.
  • Support Tax team with real-time document translation needs.
  • Research specialized terms and manage translation glossaries.
  • Handle confidential documents while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Languages, or a related field.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Proven experience with translation of business and legal documents (Tax would be preferred).
  • High attention to detail; excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • Skilled in using translation software tools.
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and manage several projects
    simultaneously.

Trainee – Direct Tax Team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation and filing of corporate tax, income tax, and
    withholding tax returns.
  • Provide support for tax compliance, assessments, and audits.
  • Conduct tax research on local and international tax laws.
  • Liaise with clients and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Draft reports, submissions, and responses to tax authorities.
  • Coordinate with the KSA team for ongoing projects and deliverables.
